The Art of War. This title is easily identifiable when you hear because of Sun Tzu.
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” Sun Tzu, author of The Art of War. The same applies to self-defense. While knowing how to fend off an attacker with your fists is valuable if it comes to that, my hope is that it never comes to that. Because no one leaves a fight unscathed. – CC
Subdue the enemy without fighting can imply beating yourself up. How do you subdue an opponent that lies within you, intangible? The best of the best beat themselves up. The word war never implies anything positive. From a self improvement perspective the word can motivate anyone to courageously face themselves. Self defense usually are not transparent. The Stealth Method is transparent in the sense “The art of war” incentivizes the individual to recognize there weaknesses, pride and frustrations. The discipline proceeds the habit. It is the practice of developing the habit to work from inside. The art of war – leads to self mastery!
